The Full Distance Triathlon Leeds is a demanding test of endurance, strength, and strategy—featuring a 3.8 km swim in calm Waterloo Lake, a 180 km bike ride with over 2,500 meters of climbing, and a marathon run with 455 meters of elevation through Roundhay Park. Our 44-week Advanced Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is built specifically to prepare you for this course’s unique demands—step by step, week by week.
