The Vitoria-Gasteiz Full Distance Triathlon is a race that rewards athletes who are strategic, disciplined, and well-prepared. From the calm, pristine swim in Ulibarri-Gamboa Lake to the fast and scenic bike course through the Álava region, and finally to the energetic, crowd-lined city-center run, this event is as demanding as it is beautiful.

The 36-Week Full Distance Triathlon Advanced Plan is designed specifically for athletes like you—committed to excelling in every leg of the race, with structured guidance and coach-backed accountability.

Here’s how this plan sets you up for success in Vitoria-Gasteiz:

Master single-loop pacing and open-water efficiency through technique-driven drills and video guidance—ideal for Ulibarri-Gamboa Lake’s temperate waters.

✅ Bike Strength Built for a Fast Course
Progressive long rides, climbing intervals, and power-based sessions prepare you to handle sustained output and capitalize on the fast sections along the historic Camino de Santiago.

✅ Run Endurance for Flat, High-Energy Terrain
Anaerobic threshold runs train you to manage pacing and maintain form amidst the excitement of packed urban streets.
