To excel, your training must reflect the race’s distinct characteristics: a single-loop 3.8 km swim in Ulibarri-Gamboa Lake’s clear waters, a record-setting 180.2 km bike course through Álava’s landscapes and historic Camino de Santiago, and a flat, four-loop 42.2 km run through Vitoria-Gasteiz’s vibrant city center.
How This 36-Week Intermediate Training Plan Prepares You
