From the 3.8 km ocean swim through the iconic Vendée Globe canal to a rolling 180 km bike ride across the French countryside, and a 42.2 km run along the vibrant seaside promenade, this race demands total preparation.

Our 44-week training plan is built for athletes of all levels—even if you're starting from scratch. You’ll begin with a 12-week foundation phase (just 4.5 to 8 hours per week), laying the base for endurance, strength, and skill.

🚀 Then, build toward peak performance.
The 32-week race-specific phase ramps up gradually, peaking at 16 hours per week. With coach-guided race simulations and strategic rest weeks, you'll be prepared for every challenge the course throws your way.
