Whether you're racing the Full Distance Triathlon for the first time or aiming for a personal best, our 36-week Intermediate Triathlon Plan is designed to build the strength, endurance, and mental toughness needed to thrive in France’s premier coastal race.

🏊‍♂️ Swim Course Ready
Tackle the 3.8 km one-loop swim through the Vendée Globe canal with confidence. Our plan builds your open water endurance and technique, preparing you for the 66°F (19°C) Atlantic waters.

🚴 Bike Course Strong
Climb over 1,200 meters across 180 km of scenic, hilly terrain. The plan includes progressive hill work, long tempo rides, and power-based intervals to help you master the sharp turns and rolling French countryside.

🏃 Run Course Prepared
With four laps around the seaside promenade and Tanchet Lake, our run training focuses on pacing, mental strength, and brick sessions to prepare you for the final 42.2 km in likely 75°F (24°C) race conditions.
