Plan Description
The Full Distance Triathlon in Nice, France is one of Europe’s most iconic endurance events. With a 3.8 km swim in the warm Mediterranean Sea, a 180.2 km mountainous bike course through the Parc Naturel des Préalpes d’Azur, and a challenging 42.2 km marathon along the Promenade des Anglais, this race tests even the most seasoned athletes.
🏆 Our 44-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan is crafted specifically for the demands of racing in France.
Developed with the intermediate triathlete in mind, this programme blends structure, flexibility, and performance science to prepare you for the climbs, the heat, and the mental challenge of race day.
🎯 Foundation Phase (12 weeks)
✅ Build from 4.5 to 8 hours per week
✅ Focus on aerobic base, mobility, and injury prevention
