With its warm Mediterranean swim, grueling climbs through the French Alps, and sun-soaked marathon along the Promenade des Anglais, this course demands more than willpower—it requires precision training and race-specific preparation.

Our 44-Week Full Distance Triathlon Beginner Training Plan is designed with Nice, France in mind. Whether you're racing your first Full Distance Triathlon or returning to improve your time, this plan will guide you every step of the way.
