Racing the Full Distance Triathlon in Nice, France demands more than determination — it requires strategy, structure, and support. From the warm Mediterranean swim at Plage des Ponchettes to the punishing climbs of the Parc Naturel des PréAlpes d’Azur and the blazing-hot run along the Promenade des Anglais, this course is as rewarding as it is relentless. That’s why we created the 44-week Advanced Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan — designed specifically for athletes ready to rise to this challenge.

🔥 12-Week Foundation Phase
Build your endurance engine. Whether you're a seasoned triathlete or returning from a break, this phase helps you develop resilience and aerobic base. Weekly hours progress from 6 to 10, with a key Brick test in week 12.

📆 32-Week Full Distance Triathlon Training Block
Our specialized structure follows a proven 3:1 rhythm (3 weeks training, 1 week recovery) to maximize performance and avoid burnout.
