Train for Victory: Conquer the Full Distance Triathlon Nice, France

Welcome to the ultimate challenge: the Full Distance Triathlon in Nice, France. A breathtaking Mediterranean swim, a legendary bike course through the Alpes-Maritimes, and a hot, fast-paced run along the Promenade des Anglais—it demands more than fitness. It demands strategy, endurance, and confidence. That’s where your journey begins.

Our 36-Week Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan with Email Coach Support is built for athletes like you—determined, passionate, and ready to go the distance.

🌊 The Race You’re Training For
✔️ Swim: 3.8 km (2.4 miles) in the Mediterranean Sea — two-loop course, warm 75°F (24°C) waters
🚵‍♂️ Bike: 180.2 km (112 miles) — one-loop, mountainous course featuring the Col de Vence, Col de l’Ecre, and a grueling 9 km Pugets climb
🏃‍♀️ Run: 42.2 km (26.2 miles) — four loops under the sun along the scenic Promenade des Anglais
