Full Distance Triathlon Nice France Summary

Swim Course:
- Distance: 3.8 km (2.4 miles)
- Location: Plage des Ponchettes, Mediterranean Sea
- Characteristics: Two-loop course, average water temperature of 75°F (24°C)

Bike Course:
- Distance: 180.2 km (112 miles)
- Description: One-loop, hilly and challenging, passing through the hinterland of Nice and Parc Naturel des PréAlpes d’Azur
- New Feature: Passage by the hill of Pugets, a 9 km climb with steep sections (10%-15%)
- Highlights: Climb of Col de Vence and Col de l'Ecre, plateaus of Caille and Thorenc, personal aid station at Andon (km 80), scenic downhill to Gréolières

Run Course:
- Distance: 42.2 km (26.2 miles)
- Description: Four-loop course along Promenade des Anglais, from Nice Airport to the beach finish line
- Characteristics: Hot and sunny, average air temperature of 82°F (28°C)
