The Full Distance Triathlon in Taiwan is a challenge like no other, featuring a 3.8 km swim, a 180 km bike, and a 42.2 km run through the island’s most scenic landmarks. To conquer this race, your training needs to match the intensity and uniqueness of the course.

Why This 36-Week Advanced Triathlon Training Plan is Perfect for You

Designed specifically for athletes racing in the Full Distance Triathlon Taiwan, this program builds the endurance, strength, and mental toughness needed to excel in this demanding race.

Base Phase (12 Weeks): This phase gradually builds your endurance, increasing your weekly training time from 6 to 9.5 hours. By the end, you’ll be ready for your first brick test, transitioning smoothly between bike and run.
