Start your race in the stunning waters of the Inner and Outer Alster, beginning at Jungfernstieg. With water temperatures averaging 70°F (21°C), our plan builds your open water skills, so you enter the swim relaxed, efficient, and prepared to excel in this urban lake setting.

🚴‍♀️ Crush the Flat, Fast Bike Course

The 179 km ride, spanning two loops from Hamburg’s center out to Vier- und Marschlande, is your chance to set a personal best. Our 44-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan emphasizes bike strength, pacing, and nutrition strategies tailored for a flat, fast route. Expect focused sessions that prepare your legs for sustained power output and smart energy management.

The four-loop marathon through downtown Hamburg, past the Alster and historic landmarks, will test your endurance and mental grit.
