With a 3.8 km (2.4-mile) swim through the Inner and Outer Alster, a fast and flat 179 km (111-mile) bike ride past Hamburg's most famous landmarks, and a 42.2 km (26.2-mile) four-loop run through the vibrant heart of the city, this course is tailor-made for athletes looking to perform at their best.
