From the 3.8 km (2.4 mile) swim in the serene waters of the Alster, to the flat and fast 179 km bike course through the heart of Hamburg, and the 42.2 km (26.2 mile) run past its most striking landmarks—this race is designed for speed, strength, and strategy.

To conquer this course and reach your full potential, the 36-week Full Distance Triathlon Hamburg Advanced Training Plan gives you the structure and science-backed preparation you need to excel.
