Full Distance Triathlon Hamburg Germany – Conquer the Course with Confidence

The Full Distance Triathlon Hamburg is one of the most thrilling and scenic long-course races in Europe. With a 3.8 km (2.4 mile) swim starting at Jungfernstieg in central Hamburg, athletes navigate the Inner and Outer Alster in waters averaging 70°F (21°C). The 179 km (111 mile) bike course—flat, fast, and built for personal bests—leads you through iconic landmarks like the Reeperbahn, fish market, Speicherstadt, and into the picturesque Vier- und Marschlande. The race ends with a 42.2 km (26.2 mile) run—four loops through Hamburg's vibrant cityscape, past the Alster and key cultural sites, with average temperatures around 73°F (23°C).
