Train with Purpose for the Full Distance Triathlon Hamburg, Germany

This iconic race in the heart of Hamburg starts with a 3.8 km (2.4-mile) swim through the Inner and Outer Alster, followed by a flat and fast 179 km bike course past landmarks like the Reeperbahn and Speicherstadt, and finishes with a scenic four-loop 42.2 km (26.2-mile) run through downtown. It's a course built for speed—and our expertly designed training plan is built to get you there.

Our Six-Month Full Distance Triathlon Training Plan is ideal for first-time full-distance athletes. If you can swim 2.5 km, bike 45 miles, and run for 60 minutes, you're ready to begin.
