Plan Description

FULL DISTANCE TRIATHLON BRAZIL - FLORIANOPOLIS

SWIM - A 2.4-mile swim in the crystal-clear waters of Jurerê Beach. Surrounded by the stunning Atlantic Ocean, athletes will enjoy a comfortable and invigorating swim with an average water temperature of 68°F (20°C).

112-mile bike ride, featuring a 2-lap journey through the scenic Brazilian countryside. This course boasts rolling hills and sharp turns, offering stunning views of lush greenery and charming villages. Expect some humidity, with temperatures ranging from 75-85°F.


The 26.2-mile run along the picturesque coastline of Florianopolis, consisting of 4 laps. While the course is relatively flat, the heat and humidity can be intense, with temperatures between 80-90°F, adding an extra layer of challenge to this ultimate triathlon experience.

🔥 No matter your starting point, our 12-week base regimen lays the groundwork for your journey. From week one's six-hour commitment to the peak of ten hours in week eleven, culminating in a Brick endurance test in week twelve.

📆 Dive deep into focused training with our 32-week specialized program. Utilizing a structured 3/1 workout rhythm - three weeks of intense training and one week of active recovery. Beginning at around ten hours and peaking at eighteen hours in week thirty-nine, followed by a four-week taper, our program keeps you challenged and prepared to push your boundaries.
