Train with purpose for the Full Distance Triathlon Brazil in Florianópolis—an unforgettable race set in paradise. From the crystal-clear waters of Jurerê Beach to the lush hills and coastal run, this course is as beautiful as it is demanding. Prepare to thrive, not just survive, with a proven six-month training plan built for this specific course and climate.

🌊 Swim Confidently in the Atlantic

Jurerê Beach offers a 2.4-mile swim with calm, clear waters and a refreshing 68°F (20°C) temperature. Our plan helps you:

✅ Develop open-water skills and sighting techniques

✅ Improve efficiency with guided video swim drills

✅ Build aerobic strength through progressive VO₂ swim intervals

🚴 Conquer the 112-Mile Ride

Two laps through scenic countryside, rolling hills, and technical turns make the Florianópolis bike course both stunning and challenging. Expect 75–85°F with humidity. Our training plan includes:
