Plan Description

Join us for the ultimate triathlon experience in Brazil, hosted in the stunning city of Florianopolis!

Dive into a 2.4-mile swim in the crystal-clear waters of Jurerê Beach. Athletes will be surrounded by the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, with the water temperature averaging a comfortable 68°F (20°C).

Embark on a challenging 112-mile bike ride through the scenic Brazilian countryside. This two-lap course features rolling hills and sharp turns, offering breathtaking views of lush greenery and charming villages. Be prepared for some humidity, with temperatures ranging from 75-85°F.

Conclude with a 26.2-mile run along the picturesque coastline of Florianopolis. This four-lap course is relatively flat, but the heat and humidity can be intense, with temperatures between 80-90°F.


🏊🚴🏃 SIX (6) MONTH Full DIST Training Plan!

Prerequisite Training Required: Before starting our SIX (6) MONTH Full DIST training plan, you should have a basic fitness foundation. Ensure you can swim 2.5 kilometers, cycle at least 45 miles, and run continuously for 60 minutes.

Structured Approach: Our training plan follows a 3/1 structure, balancing three weeks of focused training with one week of active recovery. It's the perfect blend to push your limits while preventing burnout.

Focused Training Phases: In the initial stages, you'll concentrate on building strength, enhancing base endurance, and perfecting your swim technique. Dive into our swim training segments with detailed instructions, including an introduction to V02 Interval Training. Start with 7.5 hours of training in your first week, gradually ramping up to a maximum of 14 hours per week.
