With a 3.8km ocean swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Atlantic, a grueling 180km bike ride through volcanic terrain with over 2,500 meters of climbing, and a sun-drenched 42.2km marathon along the island’s coastal roads, this race is as mentally demanding as it is physical. To conquer it, you need more than just ambition—you need a proven training strategy.

It begins with a 12-week foundation phase to build base endurance, strength, and conditioning.
