And with our expertly designed 36-week Full Distance Triathlon Beginner Plan, you'll arrive on race day strong, confident, and fully prepared to succeed.

🏊 Swim: Train specifically for the 3.8km open water swim in the Atlantic Ocean, where conditions can vary from calm to choppy. Our plan emphasizes open water skills, sighting drills, and swim endurance to help you stay composed and efficient in unpredictable ocean currents.

🚴 Bike: Lanzarote’s 180km bike course isn’t just long—it’s legendary. With over 2,500 meters of elevation and winds that test your resolve, this segment can break the unprepared. Our program builds leg strength through targeted hill work, tempo rides, and strategic recovery weeks—so you're ready for every climb and descent.

🏃 Run: The 42.2km run under Lanzarote’s intense sun is the final test. Our plan conditions your body to handle the heat, fatigue, and mental challenges of a marathon after a punishing swim and bike. With progressive brick workouts and long-run simulations, you’ll develop the grit to finish strong along the island’s breathtaking coastal paths.
