Are you ready to conquer one of the toughest and most iconic Full Distance Triathlons on Earth?

The Full Distance Triathlon Lanzarote is more than a race—it's a battle of willpower, stamina, and strategy. From the 3.8km swim in the crystal-clear Atlantic to a brutal 180km bike ride through volcanic landscapes with 2,549 meters of elevation gain, and finishing with a scorching 42.2km coastal run—this course is designed to break the unprepared.

Our 24-Week Advanced Training Plan is built specifically for seasoned triathletes targeting Lanzarote’s unique demands. It’s structured to progressively build endurance, power, and race-specific skill so that when you step to the start line, you are not just ready—you are optimized to perform.

But a word of warning: this is not for beginners. This program begins with a 25-minute Anaerobic Threshold interval session in week one. You must have a solid aerobic base before starting. This is for the serious athlete chasing mastery.
