Our plan begins with a 12-week Foundation Phase, focusing on building aerobic strength, developing technique, and establishing consistency. You'll ease into training with a manageable 4.5 hours in week 1, gradually increasing to 8 hours by week 11. Week 12 caps off this phase with a challenging brick workout designed to boost your endurance and mental resilience.
From there, you’ll transition into a 32-week Build & Race Phase. This portion of the program is laser-focused on Full Distance Triathlon performance—perfect for athletes eyeing Port Macquarie.
