🔥 12-Week Foundation Phase
Every champion begins with a strong foundation. Whether you're stepping up from shorter races or returning for a personal best, our base phase builds essential aerobic fitness. You'll progress from six to ten weekly training hours, finishing with a Brick endurance session to prepare you for what's ahead.

📆 32-Week Full Distance Triathlon Specialized Plan
Train with purpose. Our 32-week structured plan follows a proven 3:1 build-to-recovery ratio to enhance performance without burnout. It's designed specifically for the rigors of Port Macquarie: rolling hills, long climbs, and high-heat potential. You’ll sharpen every discipline while preparing mentally and physically for race day.
