With a 2.4-mile point-to-point swim in Lake Woodlands, a blazing-fast 112-mile bike course along the Hardy Toll Road, and a high-energy 26.2-mile run loop filled with passionate fans, you’ll need more than motivation to perform your best. This 44-week Full Distance Triathlon training plan is engineered for this race’s unique demands.
