With a 2.4-mile swim in Lake Woodlands, a blazing-fast 112-mile bike course on the Hardy Toll Road, and a crowd-charged 26.2-mile run through Hippie Hollow and Waterway Ave, this race demands more than just endurance. Introducing the 44-Week Full Distance Triathlon Beginner Training Plan — crafted for triathletes like you who are ready to commit and conquer.
