Are you ready to rise to the challenge of the Full Distance Triathlon Texas, the prestigious North American Championship? This course in The Woodlands demands strategic training, mental toughness, and precision execution. From the 2.4-mile point-to-point swim in Lake Woodlands to the exposed 112-mile bike ride on Hardy Toll Road and the spectator-packed 26.2-mile run along Waterway Ave, every leg tests your preparation. Expect warm race-day conditions with temperatures reaching 83°F (28°C), unpredictable wind, and sustained sun exposure.
Our 36-Week Advanced Full Distance Triathlon Texas Training Plan is specifically engineered to help you perform your best on this course. Built for experienced athletes, this plan will sharpen your endurance, power, and pacing through a structured, phase-based program that aligns with the demands of Texas’ unique terrain and climate.
