The Full Distance Triathlon in Texas is no ordinary race. As the North American Championship, it demands peak performance across a demanding 2.4-mile swim in Lake Woodlands, a 112-mile bike ride on the Hardy Toll Road’s sun-scorched asphalt, and a 26.2-mile run fueled by roaring spectators through Hippie Hollow and along Waterway Ave. This course rewards athletes who are conditioned for the heat, exposed terrain, and relentless pace. To perform at your best, you need more than just a general plan—you need a purpose-built strategy.
