Plan Description
This 15-week Full Distance plan is built for athletes who need a training block that fits a real week and produces a real race.
Sessions are heart rate-based for the run and bike, and use pace and RPE in the water.
The focus throughout is on what you can hold together when the race gets hard: movement that stays efficient under pressure and intensity that stays controlled when it matters. That's what the sessions are designed to develop.
