FULL DIST TRIATHLON NEW ZEALAND in Lake Taupล

Swim - A 3.8km swim, boasting a comfortable temperature of around 19 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit). The race kicks off with a thrilling deep-water mass start, propelling participants on a scenic clockwise exploration along the shoreline.

BIKE - A two-lap, 180km bike course that meanders through Taupล's rolling rural terrain. Experience the pulse of enthusiastic spectators as you traverse undulating paths, immersing yourself in the heart of the countryside for an unforgettable and fulfilling journey.

RUN - A four-lap, 42.2km run course, weaving through the vibrant heart of the town amidst the spirited cheers of onlookers. Traverse the urban landscape, with the course guiding you through the town four times, seamlessly blending urban allure with natural splendor. The route extends to Rainbow Bay, offering entrancing lakefront vistas to fuel your determination as you conquer the marathon distance.
