SWIM - A 3.8km swim awaits, boasting a comfortable temperature of around 19 degrees Celsius (64 degrees Fahrenheit). The race kicks off with a thrilling deep-water mass start, guiding participants on a clockwise voyage along the shoreline.

BIKE - A two-lap 180KM journey through Taupล's sprawling rural terrain. Experience the electric atmosphere fueled by enthusiastic onlookers as you navigate the rolling paths, immersing yourself in the soul of the countryside for a truly unparalleled adventure.

RUN - A four-lap, 42.2km run course that winds through the heart of the town. Traverse the urban landscape as the course guides you through the town's vibrant streets, seamlessly blending the charms of city life with the tranquility of nature. The route extends to Rainbow Bay, treating participants to mesmerizing lakefront panoramas that will fuel their determination as they conquer the marathon distance.
