Tim Reed achieved a lot of success over the 70.3 distance with over 20 professional victories and a 70.3 World Championship title. However he also took a lot longer than most to solve the Ironman puzzle finally cracking the code with an IM Australia victory, several Ironman distance podiums and top 15 IM World Championship finish. Ironically Coach Reedy firmly believes he's that the long road of making plenty of mistakes with his IM preps and performances is what has helped him fast track many athletes to success over the iconic distance. The RPG coaches have made the mistakes so you don't have to! We believe that has also helped fast track Steve's incredible racing results over the distance. Steve podiumed in his debut Iron distance event, has since gone on to both IM Australia and IM New Zealand victories as well have achieving a 2nd place at the IM Asia Pacific Championships in Cairns.

While of course Steve's program is regularly adjusted according to what life throws Steve's way be it a sick child, sponsor travel and more, the main template that we've found works so well is available here to purchase.

This plan is for the more competitive age grouper or aspiring pro who can train 18-20 hours a week with the option to go up to 25 hours a week in key weeks. We have a video or two included for each week to offer tips, guide you through home strength training sessions and help you understand the purpose of each week.
