Plan Description

If you are a middle of the pack 1.10-1.15 swimmer and want to get closer to the hour, this is for you!
This plan is aimed at long course triathletes who want to improve their swimming over the winter. Expect 5 swims per week, and 2 bike and run maintenance sessions. With one rest day. With plenty of time to add in other sessions if needed.

The swims break down as: 2 technique, 1 CSS (threshold) 1 strength, 1 endurance.
