Plan Description
This training plan has been designed for Age Group Triathletes who intend on racing in the World Triathlon Series/Professional Triathlon Organisation (PTO) Long Distance Championships where by the race distances are 2km Swim, 80km Bike and 18km Run.
The plan is suitable for begginer or intermediate athletes who are able to conduct 3 x Swim (1 x OW), 3 x Bike and 3 x Run sessions each week. It is progressive and tailorable to meet your training oppertunities. The programme is based on Power (Bike), Pace (Run) and CSS (Swim) thefore users should have accsess to a power meter or indoor trainer and a GPS device.
