Who is this plan for?
This plan is designed for triathletes looking to do their first Full-Distance Triathlon. Athletes should have some prior triathlon experience before starting this plan. You should be comfortable training 5+ days per week, and have the ability to swim/bike/run for at least an hour uninterrupted before starting this plan. This plan works best with access to a power meter and watch or other time/pace tracking device, however it is not required.
Benchmark testing
Power/Pace based benchmark testing will take place in weeks 5 & 13 of this plan to keep you progressing in every workout you do.
Structured Workouts
Every workout in this plan can be exported to a supported device, so you can follow the workouts without your phone handy.
Coach Support
This plan includes coach access and support via e-mail for any questions you have.
