Plan Description

This plan targets long course athletes but anyone who would like to improve and build a bigger foundation is welcome to use it. This plan was built to start on a Monday (active recovery) with Sunday the longest training day. You are looking at 3h/day on average with Sunday being between 4-7h total. This plan is built around Z2 (LOTS OF IT) and by RPE (Rate of Percieved Exhaustion) so the training can be modify based on your needs and level. If you are early into your season, this plan would be fantastic for you. It would be a pleasure to discuss with you if any modification is required/have worries. SImply reach out, no fees :)

**Each Week has 5h of Optional swim which is included in the weekly total hours**
