Willkommen bei ACZ AusdauerCoachingZone
Dieser Plan ist für Einsteiger Athleten aber auch für Fortgeschrittene Langdistanz Athleten. Mit diesem Plan ist es möglich die Zielzeit auf unter 10 Stunden herab zu senken. Ich habe diesen Plan mehrmals erfolgreich angewendet (9:43h FFM und Ostseeman 9:23h, Florida 9:23h) Dieser Plan verlangt viel an Disziplin und persönliche Stärke.
Schwimmpläne liegen als PDF am jeweiligen Tag im Anhang dabei. Pro Woche mindestens 2 Schwimmeinheiten bis maximal 5 Schwimmeinheiten. Das Athletik-Programm ist mit mindestens 2 Einheiten pro Woche bis maximal 4 Einheiten geplant. Vorgabe der Übungen liegen im PDF dabei.
