Plan Description
Dieser Plan geht über 18 Wochen. Der Grundgedanke ist ein polarisierndes Grundlagentraining. Wir haben also hier viele Anteile an längerem GA1 Training gepaart mit HIIT Training. Das Verhältnis liegt wie in der Literatur empfohlen bei ca. 80:20 (GA1:HIIT).
Dieser Plan ist relativ lang, da man die ersten 4 bis 6 Wochen schon in der off Season bzw. in der Phase des Übergangstrainings beginnen kann.
Der Plan ist auf eine durchschnittlche Jahres TSS von 900 ausgeelegt und beinhaltet 1x Schwimmen pro Woche. Ich habe auch einen weiteren Plan mit 2-3 mal Schwimmen pro Woche im Angebot. Zum Laufen und Radfahren gibt es jeweils 3 Einheiten pro Woche. Zu dem findet man Stabi und Zugseiltraining im Wochenplan. Regelmäßig sind Test im Schwimmen, Radfahren und Laufen eingebaut, so dass man immer seinen aktuellen Leistungsstand ermitteln und den eigenen Leistungsfortschritt sehen kann.
