Cuenta con 16 semanas, cada una progresiva a la anterior. La mayoría de los días contienen 2 sesiones de entrenamiento y los fines de semana con rodadas o carreras largas.

Programa planeado bajo la suposición que es un atleta sin lesiones, con experiencia en el triatlón y que puede completar: 

-2000 mts nadando sin parar

-2 horas de ciclismo sin parar

-90 min de carrera sin parar
