Plan Description

La dernière ligne droite de 4 semaines avant un triathlon longue distance est probablement la plus importante.
Ce programme va venir consolider les acquis tout en donnant une structure à suivre afin d'obtenir son pic de forme pour le weekend de la course.

Avoir pour base:
- Etre à l'aise de nager au moins 3000m en piscine ou en eau libre
- Savoir rouler plus de 3h sans pause avec une nutrition adaptée
- Savoir courir un semi-marathon au minimum

Matériel:
- Une combinaison néoprène si accès à un plan d'eau, sinon un pull boy pour simuler la combi en piscine
- Les séances techniques sont optimisées pour un home trainer ou avec un capteur de puissance sur le vélo mais les conseils fournis dans le plan permettent parfaitement de faire la séance aux sensations
- Capteur de fréquence cardiaque est conseillé pour le respect de ses zones
