A focused three-week peak block for intermediate full-distance athletes in the final stage before taper.
This short plan is for athletes who already have the endurance and training base in place, and now need a clear race-specific block before reducing the work for race day. It brings together key swim, bike and run sessions, practical pacing and the confidence that comes from rehearsing what matters.
It is not a substitute for a full build. It is a purposeful final phase to use when the foundations are already there.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and honest.
