An eight-week full-distance build block for intermediate athletes with a strong base already in place.
This plan is designed to move your training from general fitness into the specific endurance, bike strength and run durability needed for a full-distance race. It is ideal as part of a longer season, not as a standalone answer for athletes starting from scratch.
The sessions build progressively across swim, bike and run, with recovery included so you can absorb the work and continue to move forward. Key bricks and long-course pacing give the block a clear race-day purpose.
Written in the way we coach at TCC Endurance: practical, progressive and built around consistent training.
