Everybody when start to training triathlon have a dream, to finish an ironman and this dream has continued to draw thousands of everyday men and women to do this and training every single day, and when they start, they almost always do finish.
If you think of yourself as an everyday athlete, and dream of finishing an Ironman, this is your plan.
It takes a lot of swimming, cycling, and running to prepare for a successful Ironman finish, but with the right approach it doesn't take THOUSANDS HOURS training as you imagine.
The training will demand some effort from you, but nothing out of day by day reality.
The plans are 24 weeks long, which can be consider the optimal amount preparation time for an Ironman, but it will depend on your current conditioning.
Every fourth week is a recovery week.
If you looking for something easily suitable with a big work and family routine, this plan was made for you.

ALL workout are ready for Garmin Devices (BIKE READY FOR ZWIFT).
Strength Training routine is included in the Plan.

Todo mundo quando começa a treinar Triathlon tem um sonho, terminar um IRONMAN e esse sonho continua a atrair milhares de homens e mulheres comuns para fazer isso e treinar todos os dias, e quando começam, quase sempre terminam.

Se você se considera um atleta comum e sonha em terminar um Ironman, esse é o seu plano para a linha de chegada.
É preciso muito treino de natação, ciclismo e corrida para se preparar para uma finalização bem-sucedida no Ironman, mas com a abordagem certa não precisaremos de MIL HORAS de treinamento como você imagina.

O treinamento exigirá algum esforço de você, mas nada fora da realidade do dia a dia.
Os planos têm duração de 24 semanas, o que pode ser considerado o tempo ideal de preparação para um Ironman, mas isso vai depender do seu condicionamento atual.
A cada quatro semanas faremos uma semana de recuperação.

Se você procura algo que se adapte facilmente a uma grande rotina de trabalho e família, este plano foi feito para você.

Todas as atividades estão prontas para dispositivos Garmin (PEDAIS RODAM NO ZWIFT).
A rotina de treinamento de força está incluída no Plano.
