Plan Description

Klagenfurt was my first IM race, where I won and also finished the first from the water, so I have a great memories here. Now You can get my plan and use my experiences to race well too.

This is a plan for a advanced triathletes who finish some IM races already. If you will train this plan, you should be able finish the race in time 10-11 hrs.
Weekly you will train 11 hrs.

You will need a SMART trainer for the bike traiing and using of ROUVY, and for the run you must use STRYD power meter.
