Pré requis être capable de nager 1h (moins de 2min au 100m), rouler 2h30 (à plus de 30km/h de moyenne), courir 1h30 (à au moins 11km/h) et avoir déjà participer à un triathlon olympique ou un half et déjà couru un semi-marathon ou marathon
- 8 cycles de 4 semaines: 3 semaines de charge (max 17h30 (19h avec les renfos et streching)) 1 semaine de récupération/affutage (mini 8h30/9h50)
- 6 à 9 entrainements et 2 séances de renforcement dans la semaines plus stretching "10min par jour".
- 1 jour de repos obligatoire dans la semaine généralement le lundi, mais vous pouvez le réorganiser sur un autre jour.
