Plan Description

This is a 4 week progressive program utilizing ECFIT Strength On Demand Platform to deliver a 4 week series of "launch" strength - mobility and stability. This program is designed to optimize the utilization of the ViPR as a training tool in conjunction with Foundation Training to enhance movement and continually reset the nervous system to assist in recovery
