Nivel Avanzado

Si se decidió por este plan, felicitaciones. Esto se llama COMPROMISO y DISCIPLINA. Ya está diferenciado por su planificación a largo plazo. Esta progresión contiene cuatro ciclos de nuestra metodología. Al optar por planes de entrenamiento intermedio para eventos Ironmnan®, la persona debe ajustarse al perfil de un deportista, que entrena de 3 a 4 veces por semana. En esta categoría intermedia, la atención se centrará en las principales sesiones de formación. La etapa inicial tiene el volumen de entrenamiento en la distancia de sprint, pasando por el Olímpico, seguido de la distancia de 70.3 hasta el último ciclo de 15 semanas desde la distancia de 140.6.
