Plan Description

OFF SEASON TRAINING PLAN 2020 // IRONMAN DISTANCE // 28 WEEKS // INTERMEDIATE to ADVANCED athlete

This plan is for the IRONMAN distance athlete that had their 2020 season cancelled due to COVID-19.
You gained some fitness before the cancellations, you want to build on that for the 2021 season, but without the huge training loads of full on race training. This plan is for you! Monthly fitness tests. Ways to track your development. Dry land workouts if you do not have access to pools or open water. Capitalize on what you got in for 2020 and smash 2021!
