The MyXTRI plan is desinged to progress all round fitness with a range of intensities while developing race specific strength and endurance for XTRI.
Key MyXTRI race elements are structured in to the plan as race specific training blocks allowing for you to accumulate credit progressivley over the period as part of your routine.
The plan is based on an effective block periodisation where rather than focus on a single type of intensity such as "race pace" for a prolonged period, we cycle through workouts of varing intensity to enhance all aspects of your fitness. It can also developed your fitness to where you could train for a world tour XTRI.
You can adjust the volume and intensity to suit your ability but more than 30 of my best workouts are Zwift ready and can all be done outside where preferred. We assume most runs are done outside and swim are flexible to work with openwater or pools.
