The plan has been written with the Cv-19 in mind and that most athletes are only able to train indoors at the moment.
The plan provides 3 highly structured rides weekly for 6-weeks. The balance of the programme allows you to boost your cycling performance whilst giving room for the addition of other sports (running / swimming)
Before you commence you plan, please make sure your FTP is entered into TrainingPeaks correctly. The FTP value should be from your most recent test (there is also room to start the programme with an FTP test).
If the option of riding outside presents itself before you have completed this 6-week program, again, low intensity and recovery riding is ideal.
